BioTech Senior Executive, Pascal Hänggi strengthen the Life Sciences-Practice at Wirz & Partners

Pascal Hänggi will focus on board and C-level searches in the Biotechnology, Pharma, and MedTech sector. As Co-founder of a Biotechnology Startup, he has more than 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, including a Chief Scientific Officer position of a fast-growing international company.

With a Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a PhD in molecular medicine (University of Zürich) he obtained the excellent know-how in the faced-paced Life Science environment. By founding and building up a Biotech company, he strengthens his leadership skills, improved his project management capability, and optimized the stakeholder management. The many years of experience as Chief Scientific Officer (Bench to Bedside Scientist) led to the deep understanding of the different needs of companies at the given business and product development stages. “Besides my passion about science and technology, is the human aspect of recruiting my focus. At Wirz & Partners I want to ensure that the needs and expectation of young or established companies and top talents are optimally aligned”, explains Pascal.
Pascal is form to area of Basel. He has a deep appreciation for nature, and when he's not engaged in hiking, trekking, or mountain climbing during his leisure time, you'll likely find him in the kitchen.
