Our client is a Swiss subsidiary of an international pharmaceutical company with its own research and development, offering innovative products in various therapeutic areas such as oncology, urology, dermatology, etc. For the regions of Berne, Solothurn, Aargau, we are looking for a communicative, sales-oriented and target-oriented person as an Sales Representative / Pharmaceutical Consultant.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing your sales territory in Bern, Solothurn, Aargau and Oberwallis. Your tasks will include looking after your customers (general practitioners, internists and gynaecologists in private practices and hospitals) and achieving your sales targets. This includes analysing the territory, creating action plans based on the product strategy and planning/organising customer visits efficiently to achieve business and personal goals. You will also report to the Sales Manager and enter relevant information, including target criteria, into the CRM system. You will build relationships with opinion leaders and represent the company at national and international conferences.
For this challenging role, you will ideally have a paramedical background, such as a medical practice assistant (MPA), pharmaceutical assistant or pharmacist. Swiss sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, as is an SHQA certificate. We are looking for a confident, dynamic and persuasive individual who uses enthusiasm and expertise to build and maintain lasting customer relationships. You will be fluent in German and ideally have good communication skills in English.

These documents form the basis of the structured interview process with the client. We prepare you for the interview.
Duration until the interview with the client: Up to 2 weeks
The first meeting with the client is about getting to know each other on an equal footing, getting to know the people and the culture. This takes place in person at the client's location and usually lasts around an hour.
The second interview focuses on professional competencies and leadership issues. You will get to know the team, the strategy and the operational goals.
You will then receive a salary proposal and an overview of the overall offer.
Duration until feedback: 1-2 weeks
A de-briefing with you and the client takes place after the final meeting.
We help you negotiate the contract and clarify further details. The contract is drafted and we support the onboarding process with the client.
